Brussels Environment | TerraFibra Architecture Exhibition: innovating with bio-based materials

Brussels Environment is pleased to invite you to the TerraFibra Architecture Exhibition, which will run from 13 November to 8 December 2024. This exhibition showcases a selection of finalist projects from the TerraFibra Award 2021, providing a unique opportunity to explore innovative construction techniques rooted in nature. The event highlights the growing importance of sustainable and regenerative practices in the building sector, focusing on bio-based and geo-based materials, which are becoming essential in addressing the climate challenge and promoting ecological transition.

The TerraFibra exhibition presents international projects that demonstrate the aesthetic qualities, constructive benefits, and environmental advantages of architecture using earth and plant fibers. Additionally, on 6 December, a seminar on bio-based and geo-based materials will further explore these inspiring building techniques.
