ACR+ hosted an engaging stakeholder dialogue on Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) for promoting circularity in the EU textile sector, in collaboration with EURATEX, the EP Intergroup on Climate Change, Biodiversity & Sustainable Development, and MEP Malte Gallée within the framework of the CISUTAC project. MINEV
The MINEV project – Waste Minimisation in Large Events – aims at being an accelerator for regional and local administrations to address and develop waste minimisation in large events through their policies for circular economy, waste management and climate neutrality.

LIFE BIOBEST
The LIFE BIOBEST project, guiding the mainstreaming of best biowaste recycling practices in Europe, aims to identify and validate the current best practices and management instruments along the bio-waste management chain that allow the production of quality compost and digestate and establish a series of reference Key Performing Indicators, based on the analysis of existing databases and experiences.

Hubs4Circularity
The Hubs4Circularity (H4C) Community of Practice, a network of public and private stakeholders from industries, regions, and cities, aims to facilitate building and scaling up and replicating ecosystems of industrial and industrial-urban symbiosis, and circular economy.

Highlight
Hubs4Circularity is inviting all interested parties working on industrial symbiosis and Industrial Urban Symbiosis to join their community to discover resources, opportunities and events through one single entry point. In its first year of implementation, H4C Community has created the first version of an impressive Knowledge Platform which will help practitioners to identify projects, peers, available knowledge on diverse topics related to Industrial Symbiosis. ACR+ is participating in the initiative by leading a Panel of Cities and Regions that will provide feedback on the tools, methodologies and deliverables developed by the project.

BIOTRANSFORM
The BIOTRANSFORM project – Circular BIOeconomy TRANSFORMation for regions by enabling resource and governance networks – aims to provide European policymakers with an adequate assessment and policy development framework, knowledge base and expert support ecosystem to accelerate the transition from linear fossil-based systems to circular bio based systems.

Highlights
The BIOTRANSFORM project is organising the 2nd working group "Tools and methodologies for the regional transition to circular bioeconomy" on 29 April. The objective of this meeting is to present the methodologies and tools developed by the BIOTRANSFORM project to regional authorities and gather their feedback to ensure alignment with their actual needs.
