The North London Waste Authority (NLWA) Annual Report shows results in recycling and waste management. in 2023, residents brought nearly 40 000 tonnes of items to local reuse and recycling centers. The NLWA saved 9 000 mattresses from waste monthly and diverted over five tonnes of expanded polystyrene. Additionally, 92 tonnes of DIY materials were reused, while 57 000 tonnes of food and garden waste and 124 414 tonnes of dry mixed recycling were processed. 
  
The NLWA also managed over 560 000 tonnes of residual waste, an increase of 6 414 tonnes from the previous year. Notable achievements include completing the new Resource Recovery Facility at Edmonton EcoPark, recycling 100% of metals, plastic, and glass in the UK, awarding over GBP 200 000 (EUR 238 000) in community fund grants, and increasing reusable nappy voucher uptake by 31%, preventing 813 tonnes of nappy waste.
