The pilot action "Thinking - I don't waste packaging" organised by the City of Warsaw has concluded. The final meetings between educators and residents took place at three Warsaw markets that participated in the campaign. Initial campaign summaries are now available.

Over three months, educators encouraged Warsaw residents to avoid waste and reuse resources, especially reusable packaging. As part of the campaign, market customers could receive reusable bags and pouches from educators and merchants. Each of the markets involved in the action also had wardrobes for so-called "boomerang bags". They will be available to buyers during the market's opening hours, even after the pilot ends. From these wardrobes, people can take the packaging they need, but they can also deposit ones they no longer use. In total, over 600 bags were provided to residents throughout the project. During the campaign, educators conducted over 7 000 conversations with shoppers at the markets and distributed over 40 000 pouches. The idea was well-received by market-goers.
