The director of ACR+ member Catalan Waste Agency (ARC) has presented 080 Reborn, the first fashion show with 100% second-hand clothes that will be part of the 080 Barcelona Fashion week on 25- 28 October. The Catalan Waste Agency, the Catalan Fashion Consortium and Girbau LAB are jointly promoting this second-hand fashion show with outfits created by Fermin+Gilles, with the help of numerous collaborating shops. The 808 Reborn Fashion Show aims to give visibility to and highlight the second-hand clothing market in order to promote the reuse of textiles on a global and social level. The 080 Reborn was born from the Pact for Circular Fashion, promoted by the Government of Catalonia, which commits all the agents of the textile chain to adopt sustainable changes and measures.
