As a member of the Zero Pollution Stakeholder Platform, ACR+ is inviting you to answer to the public consultation opened by the European Commission to gather the opinions from the public and experts on the legislative initiative on asbestos screening, registering and monitoring. The legislation would aim to further address the health and environmental risks related to exposure to asbestos by increasing transparency and retrieving of additional information and ensuring its availability to relevant public authorities, construction workers and building occupants. The specific obligations will be modulated based on a crosscutting approach taking into account the life cycle of a building and risks relevant to a particular building. You can contribute to this consultation by filling in the online questionnaire until 8 February.
