From 8 to 15 June, Paris is organising the Better Eating Festival, a family-friendly event promoting sustainable food and agriculture. Paris is dedicated to ecological transition in agriculture and food, making sustainable, local, and quality food accessible to all.
In June, Paris brings together sustainable food and agriculture stakeholders for a week of free festivities and entertainment open to all Parisians. It's an opportunity to meet and celebrate those who support Paris's food system, learn more about what is on our plates, and discover how to eat better while enjoying delicious food. Specific events and menus will be organised in municipal dining halls for students and guests of city-managed canteens and professional restaurants. For the second year, Paris will also host the Sustainable Collective Catering Trophies to recognise the work of canteen agents promoting sustainable, local, and seasonal food. Throughout the week, associations, producers, businesses, Parisian schools, and top chefs will offer events and open their doors to everyone.
