The Government of ACR+ member Wallonia has published the list of projects selected in the framework of the call for "waste-resources" projects, which is part of the actions of the Walloon Recovery Plan. These 72 projects are spread across Wallonia and aim to transform what is considered to be waste, good for disposal or recycling, into a reusable resource. In total, EUR 14 million will be invested to enable project leaders to implement the proposed actions. Among the projects selected are the development of a second-hand wall paint industry, the manufacture of a longer-lasting tennis ball, the creation of a cooperative sawmill, the creation of shared object distributors, bulk yoghurt distributors in hotels, etc.
