A series of educational meetings with shoppers and city residents on how not to waste food has started in ACR+ member Warsaw's markets. During the meetings, participants learn what to do to reduce the amount of fruit and vegetables that are thrown away. They can also participate in free cooking shows, during which a chef demonstrates what dishes can be prepared with seemingly leftover vegetables and fruit. In addition, an educator tells them exactly what they can do to reduce food waste.
