Government of Navarra | Advancing the circular economy in 2025 with Navarra Zirkular

Navarra Zirkular, the public-private initiative driving the transition to a circular economy in Navarra, has grown significantly since its launch in 2022. By the end of 2024, it had secured the participation of 215 companies and 60 collaborators, offering tailored support through email, phone, and individual meetings. In 2025, the initiative continues to expand its network and strengthen collaboration with key territorial stakeholders. 

The 2024-2025 action plan, developed with input from technology centers, consultants, clusters, associations, and training institutions, structures activities to guide businesses through the circular economy transition. Efforts include training programs, value chain studies, financing support, and fostering collaboration in sectors like tourism and consumer engagement.
