Scaling up circular pilots in organisations are often hampered by workers’ attitude. This could be due to little appreciation of circular economy or for not anticipating organisational changes derived from the pilots.

Circular Minds project aims to scale up circular procurement practices in organisations, by facilitating a shift in mindset and readiness for change. The study areas will be the supply chain, internal commitment, or the involvement of staff, among others.

Throughout the 4 years of the project, partners will look at completed and current solutions to identify indicators for successful organisational governance. In addition, partners will design and monitor policy improvements to develop governance-related solutions and build capacity among public authorities and local stakeholders.
