From 22 to 25 June, actors in the waste and recycling sector in Morocco and beyond will meet in Tanger for the 2022 edition of the Recycling and Waste Management (RWM) Expo. The event will focus on the transition to a clean a competitive economy and the challenges of the rational management of waste and its recycling in Africa.

ACR+ is supporting this event, and more specifically the first edition of the RWM national Awards. ACR+ will offer two years of membership and participation in Ecomondo 2022 to the winner in the category “Innovative municipalities”, rewarding projects, initiatives and innovative practices of the municipalities, which contribute to the reduction and / or recovery of waste, the strengthening of the capacities of the actors, and the improvement of the services provided to the populations.

ACR+ will also join a panel discussion dedicated to urban waste and will discuss the necessary governance conditions for sustainable waste/resource management.
