The Urban Agenda Partnership on Circular Economy (UAPCE), in which ACR+ takes part together with its members OVAM, The Hague, Prato, and Maribor, published the final report of the ESPON Targeted Analysis to create a common understanding of the Urban and Circular Collaborative Economy across European territories. This report was the main outcome of the UAPCE Action on a "Collaborative Economy Knowledge Pack for Cities".

The goal is to support policy makers with territorial evidence on the different impacts of Urban Circular Collaborative Economy initiatives, going beyond the large and more well-known collaborative economy platforms and taking into account smaller, local, and “for benefit” initiatives instead.
