ACR+ member ORÉE and the Scientific and Technical Centre for Building launched the guide "Building sector: how to better recover and deconstruct". After the publication of a first guide on the recovery of building and public works waste in 2018, this second guide enriches the knowledge for a committed and efficient deconstruction, by delivering operational tools to building and public works actors to better recover products, equipment, materials and building waste.
In a context of restructuring of the sector in connection with the regulatory evolution, the guide proposes methodological and targeted sheets on the different stages of deconstruction to be carried out. The sheets are divided into three categories: by action, by actor and by sector. The guide thus provides the essential resources to grasp the issues and procedures relating to deconstruction.
