The "Recycle is Giving+" project, promoted by ACR+ member LIPOR and the Municipality of Valongo, is extending door-to-door selective waste collection to more than 1,100 multifamily buildings in the municipality. In the current phase of the awareness-raising campaign, each housing complex will be equipped with dedicated containers for the recycling of paper/cardboard, plastic/metal, glass and food packaging. Inhabitants will receive a kit of eco-bags for recycling and a 10-litre bin for food waste.
