The virtual recycling centre of ACR+ member Government of Navarra once again toured different towns in the region as part of the "In Navarre we recycle" campaign. The aim of the Virtual Recycling Centre is to encourage the correct separation of waste for subsequent recycling through play, and more specifically during the Christmas campaign, when waste generation increases considerably. The virtual centre is a 3D game that simulates a recycling plant and is aimed at all citizens regardless of age. To play, participants have to put on virtual reality goggles and select different types of waste that pass along a conveyor belt to be deposited in the appropriate container depending on their type and characteristics.
