ACR+ member Province of Fryslân and the Circular Friesland Association are involved in the new European project called “FRONTSH1P”, launched by the Polish region of Łódźkie. The aim of the project is to accelerate the transition to a circular economy by bringing various technological and social innovations from all over Europe.

For Łódźkie and other participating European regions, Fryslân is seen as a guide in the development of a circular economy. In addition to a coaching role for other regions, Fryslân will assist circular enterprises in the plastics chain and similar sectors. This includes the development of education and training programmes and the organisation of an international conference.
