ACR+ member Government of Navarra and Cintruénigo municipality have held a school workshop to encourage waste separation, as part of the pioneering pilot project 'Recycling in packaging container is now different'. The students put their waste separation skills into practice through a virtual reality game that simulates a recycling centre. This activity is part of the Waste Plan of Navarre and, specifically, of a pilot project that has been implemented in the town since 7 October. Its aim is to analyse the effects on the recycling cycle of depositing plastic and metal waste other than light packaging (plastic containers, cans and briks) in the packaging container. The project will run until 31 March 2022.
