A large majority in Odense City Council reached an agreement on the "Climate Action Plan 2022", which, among other things, aims to eliminate 490,000 tonnes of CO2 in ACR+ member Odense. The plan is based on the municipality's ambition to make Odense climate neutral by 2030. The parties agreed that the Climate Action Plan 2022 will launch a number of initiatives and set reduction targets for seven main directions, including circular thinking. The action plan defines how many tonnes of CO2 reductions and offsetting measures will be found within each main direction.
