Work on the four Reuse Centres which will be opening by the end of the year at the Civic Amenity Sites in Gozo is moving at a steady pace. The design of these centres, which will offer used and ‘pre-loved’ items that still hold value and can be reused, such as ceramics, toys, books, and loose furniture, was unveiled.

ACR+ member WasteServ Malta will prevent waste by promoting the reusage of items that are still in good condition. Besides, these centres will allow citizens to make more responsible consumption choices and to also be more creative as they will encourage DIY projects through which new things can be created from items or materials found at these centres in a cost-effective way.
