To prepare a meeting of a working group on buildings, the ACR+ member Institut National de l’Economie Circulaire, in partnership with the firm Enckell Avocats, published a report “Regulatory news for the building sector”.

The objective of this report is to provide an update on the reforms induced since the adoption of the circular economy law, and more generally to review the latest developments in the building sector at national and European level.
