The obligation to selectively collect food waste in Flanders will apply from 2021 to any organisation that serves hot meals at least once a week and to every company from 1 January 2024. ACR+ member OVAM developed information material to know which companies or organisations are included and how best to approach this, as well as, communication material to provide the companies involved with tailored information about this new obligation.
