Bruxelles Environnement Horizontal New 80px

Facilitating the circulation of reclaimed building elements is one of the objectives of the Interreg NWE FCRBE project, in which ACR+ member Brussels Environment is partner. For this, the project is developing a manual, based on practical cases, to push the integration of reclaimed building materials and products in a construction project. It draws on examples of construction projects – which have succeeded in integrating batches of reclaimed materials and products – to develop a set of methods, advice and practical recommendations to help users of this guide achieve similar reuse targets. A working draft is now available for download. It will be tested further in the course of the project through pilot operations and workshops. A final version is expected to be released at the end of the project by 2021, taking into account feedback, comments and new findings.
