The Observatory of ACR+ member Barcelona Municipality's +Sustainable City Council Programme publish annually two reports assessing the evolution of the implementation of the strategic guidelines of the programme on sustainable procurement and internal greening.

The report on the Sustainable Public Procurement technical instructions includes annual indicators for the priority product groups, the main tendering processes with sustainability criteria of the year and the challenges and objectives for the future.

The report on Internal greening compiles the measures and good practices that the different units and municipal organisations to promote the priority internal sustainability commitments to paper, waste prevention and foster a circular economy, and communication and training.
