A new brochure introducing 14 eco-innovative good practices from seven countries to reduce food waste at various levels of the food system has been published. They have been identified and discussed with experts and stakeholders during the first stage of the ECOWASTE4FOOD project.

ECOWASTE4FOOD project partners, among which the three ACR+ members CIHEAM-IAM Montpellier, Région SUD Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, and ARC, have committed to promote and support those good practices in their city or regional action plans as they have a potential to be replicated and/or be scaled up.

To know more, check out the recordings and presentation of the ACR+ webinar from 28 February 2019, dedicated to this project: Local and regional action plans to address food waste through support to eco-innovation.
