On 11-13 June 2024, partners of the Circular Minds project gathered in Utrecht, the Netherlands, for the project kick-off meeting. This inaugural meeting served as a platform to establish the main objectives and strategic direction of the project. During the discussions, partners focused on the initial activity of conducting a situational analysis to identify common barriers and opportunities for scaling up circular procurement within their organisations. The event also provided a valuable opportunity for partners to build a foundation of shared knowledge and explore potential areas for collaboration. 

Looking ahead, the next steps involve partners engaging with their stakeholder groups to define the baseline scenario for the project. This collaborative effort aims to drive forward the understanding and implementation of circular procurement practices.
