During the months of June and July, GREENER partners organised a two-part workshop to test the training material on green and circular procurement. It was also a good occasion to discuss about opportunities to engage SMEs in Circular and Green Public Procurement (CPP/GPP) and how trainings could help in this regard. This first part of the workshop was open to members of the Advisory Group, which was represented by a wide range of stakeholders, from companies to public authorities, universities, or a Hub for SMEs. Afterwards, GREENER partners organized a pilot testing, enabling all participants to assess circular and green clauses in a tender.

Partners gathered the main outcomes of the workshop to produce National reports, one for each partner country, namely Italy, Spain, Bulgaria and Spain.

The toolbox, which is the next outcome of the project, is currently under construction. It aims at supporting companies to participate in GPP. The toolbox will also gather good training practices available in the different countries.

As the project is coming to an end, the final conference will take place in Brussels on 24 November 2022. During this on-site event, partners will present the main outcomes of the project. Besides, experts in GPP and representants of other sister project will provide their views on the subject. You can find the agenda and registrations here.
