The main touristic season is behind us, and even though SMEs have worked the hardest during summer, time is not yet here for a rest. Indeed, over 20 Spanish SMEs attended a training in Valencia on 26, 27 and 28 September. The workshops and presentations aimed at giving them the keys to best practices, helping them communicate their commitment and design more sustainable tourism experiences. They also received detailed insights on various certification processes. The next training will take place this week in Paris and will address the topic of eco labels and certification!
