UN-Habitat (Waste Wise Cities Campaign) and the Wuppertal Institute are organizing a series of webinars on waste management services during the pandemic to support local governments and work together in combating COVID-19. The webinars will last 1 hour 30 minutes and tackle the following topics: challenges and opportunities of municipal solid waste management; adapting our municipal solid waste systems; workers’ safety; managing medical and special wastes. While the first webinar already took place (recording available online), registrations for the others are open.

ACR+ will present its data collection work during the webinar on the adaptation of municipal solid waste systems taking place on 23 April at 9:00 (CET).
