On 16 May 2019, ACR+ member ORDIF organised its last Technical Matinee in Paris, this time dedicated to waste management in tourism.

ACR+ was invited to share and present the LIFE TACKLE project and its objectives to more than 50 participants. The presentation triggered an interesting discussion afterwards with other speakers, as they acknowledged the importance of applying good waste management practices to such events like football games.
During the opening session, the URBAN-WASTE project was presented to lay down some interesting basis and recommendations for cities and regions on how to adapt waste management to different tourism patterns.
