While the participants are still digesting the information acquired during the URBAN-WASTE Final Conference that took place on 7 May 2019 and while the organisers are reporting on it, some good news for those who could not attend it: the URBAN-WASTE project will recreate the conference in a simpler and shorter version in form of a webinar.
 
The conference was also a great opportunity for cities and regions to join the "movement" and those other local and regional authorities who started working on making tourism more sustainable by signing the Charter of Commitments which had its own spotlight at the Conference. For this webinar the project will highlight another synergy that was built during the project's lifetime: the cooperation with ConsumeLess Med project which is very much alike in terms of objectives and targeted outcomes.
