The Cir©Lean Open Innovation Workshop “Industrial Symbiosis and Circular Economy Models in the Belgian Industry” took place on 31 May 2022 in Brussels and online. This meeting gave participants the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge regarding industrial symbiosis (IS) transactions to ensure that the work of the Cir©Lean network remains relevant for its members. The workshop was the opportunity to share views and suggestions for the European Commission to increase the uptake of IS in the EU.
