This document lays out the methodology used for selecting the indicators to monitor the different phases of the circular economy and includes an analytical description for each of them. A summary of the consultations of the Member States and stakeholders is also included. Section 3 provides the key metadata (data source, use in Commission documents, web links) for each indicator.
