How to support the integration of circular economy in construction contracts to facilitate a sustainable management of the C&D waste? Is this a question you have already tackled? If your answer is yes and would like to share your experience, the INERTWASTE project partners will be all ears. ACR+ is currently looking for good practices to share with the project partners and stakeholders from 9 to 10 October 2024. If you would like to join the next INERTWASTE interregional exchange in Marseille (FR) and contribute to the discussion, get in contact with Serena Lisai (sli@acrplus.org) briefly describing the initiative you would like to present. The spots are limited so send your proposal by 13 September.
During the meeting, ACR+ member Region SUD and the other project partners will present good practices implemented by private construction project owners and how these initiatives can bring synergies in the territory. In addition, Region SUD is planning to guide the participants on a field visit to an industrial facility which valorises slag from incinerated non-hazardous waste coming from the region, turning it into gravel and recuperating ferrous and nonferrous materials.
