Newsletter highlights progress and next steps in inert waste management

The latest edition of INERTNews marks a significant milestone for the INERTWASTE project, now reaching its halfway point. As the initiative shifts from knowledge exchange to practical implementation, partners are working to integrate best practices into local policies, such as Guldborgsund’s Sustainable Procurement and Tendering Policy. The newsletter showcases recent achievements while previewing the final Transnational Learning Journey, set to take place in May in Denmark. This upcoming event will explore the role of local authorities in driving the green transition in the construction and industrial sectors.
Looking ahead, INERTWASTE partners will continue sharing insights, including new success stories and the anticipated second season of Humans of INERTWASTE, which will introduce more of the people behind the project. With a strong focus on skills, knowledge, and policy development, the coming months promise to be busy and productive for the project.
