The Fundació Formació i Treball (FIT) was founded in 1992 with the primary objective of providing training and finding work placements for persons experiencing difficulties to join the conventional labour market due to personal and socio-occupational problems. To achieve this objective, both the offer of professional training and the performance of economic activities are tailored to encourage workplace integration.
