Championing green skills initiatives in Sofia
The MASTERY consortium recently held its 2nd consortium meeting, hosted by Cleantech, in the beautiful city of Sofia, Bulgaria, on 24 and 25 June. The meeting featured productive discussions on the implementation of various work packages and included a series of interactive workshops. Participants engaged in three insightful workshops, focusing on methodology and benchmarks for identifying micro-credentials priorities, the definition and design of micro-credentials for green skills, and the importance of digital storytelling in project development.
Keep up with the project to be informed of the upcoming conclusions from surveys and interviews conducted by all partners. These studies focus on identifying green skills and knowledge needs across five targeted sectors: Agri-food, Manufacturing, Construction, Wood-Furniture and Sustainability Management. MASTERY aims to transform the approach to training needs by promoting innovative validation of green skills and the transferability of micro-qualifications.
