Boosting green skills with micro-credentials

Efforts to promote green skills training through micro-credentials of the MASTERY project continue providing professionals in key sectors such as agri-food, construction, wood/furniture, and manufacturing with essential qualifications to support their career development and requalification.
A major achievement of the project has been the identification of the 12 green skills essential for the green transition. These findings will form the foundation of the MASTERY micro-credential courses, equipping professionals with the expertise needs to adapt to a rapidly evolving job market.
As the project moves into the next phase, efforts will focus on the development of training courses based on these skills. These micro-credentials will play a role in closing skills gaps, fostering innovation and driving sustainability across various industries.
To learn more, explore insights in the second Mastery newsletter, which delves into how micro-credentials can bridge skills gaps, drive sustainability, and foster innovation.
