Under the theme “Weaving connections”, the third edition of the ‘Grafting Cities’ conference will unveil the remarkable actions Energy Cities members have undertaken to “graft” their cities. Energy Cities will showcase how collective efforts can drive change and create resilient communities. It will be an inspiring event where municipalities can come together, share experiences and forge connections to keep advancing in the transition towards climate neutrality.
The SPARKLE partners will take advantage of this opportunity to meet and define the further steps in the development of the capacity building training for cities in relation to the implementation of local SECAPs.
