On 20 March 2023, ACR+ member OVAM and Fostplus organised a conference on reusable catering materials. The conference intended to exchange practical knowledge and expertise in light of the upcoming event season and changes in the Flemish legislation on catering equipment. There were eight sessions with around 20 speakers from different areas of the event sector. A mini-fair was also held throughout the day with 22 stands where attendees could meet providers of reusable catering materials, laundry facilities, (digital) deposit systems, and OVAM communication services for events.
