HOOP
Micro-credentials empowering sustainable skills
Skills are key for building a resilient work force and for thriving through the green and digital transition. Public authorities as well as business need skilled people to innovate and adapt to the dynamic nature of the labour market.
The Mastery project aims at acknowledging the use of micro-credentials, a certification for short term learning experiences which offer a flexible, targeted way to help people develop the knowledge skills and competences they need for their personal and professional development.
To achieve this aim, project partners are going to support businesses and public authorities involved in the requalification and updating of skills framework and provide guidance and recommendations to government policymakers and other stakeholders about micro-credentials.
