FOLOU | Contribute to the progress of the project to prevent food losses
The FOLOU project is actively seeking partners involved in primary food production, such as meat, dairy, fish, oil crops, grains, pulses, fruits, and vegetables, who are interested in improving their monitoring of food losses in their production processes. FOLOU is inviting stakeholders to participate in a short survey to express their collaboration interests.
Additionally, FOLOU is looking for regional authorities and agricultural ministries at the national level who are willing to share their data on food losses in primary production. The project aims to develop national food loss registries that will later be integrated into a European Repository of Food Losses at the primary production stage. European countries are already contributing their data, and they invite others to join in reporting food losses.
