18 February 2025
Policy and Governance, ACR+ News

As previously reported, ACR+ was selected to take part in the Commission Stakeholder Expert Group on Public Procurement. The first meeting hosted by DG GROW on 12 February, focused on simplifying the EU’s procurement policies. The group’s mandate is to provide the European Commission with legal, economic, and technical insights to support the development of EU public procurement policies. This work aligns with the ongoing public consultation on public procurement, which aims to evaluate two Public Procurement directives to ensure they remain fit for purpose. ACR+ is preparing its response to the consultation and welcomes members interested in contributing to the process.
