European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform (ECESP)

The European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform was launched as a joint initiative by the European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee in March 2017. The Platform aims to be a space for the exchange of ideas and a growing body of information, bringing together stakeholders active in the field of the circular economy in Europe. Leadership Groups (LG) are organised around specific topics to discuss circular aspects and policy implications. The LG on Circular Procurement and EU Competitiveness gathers a group of stakeholders with the ultimate aim of integrating circular procurement ambitions and strategies into public and private tenders. Meetings are organised to define key priorities, and group discussions are followed through the Circular Procurement Learning Network LinkedIn group.
