The project Circular Minds aims at improving the implementation of regional development policies in the field of governance of organisations for circular economy, in particular by scaling up positive impact of public circular economy practices in organisations. This ensures comprehensive coverage and rich inter-regional exchange and learning. By improving organisational governance, Circular Minds integrates circular principles into the core operations of the participating organisations, driving sustainable change from within.
