BRINC | Intellectual Property Rights in Innovation Procurement
Join the BRINC project on 25 January 2024 from 10:00 to 11:30 for an online training session focusing on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in Innovation Procurement. This will explore the impact of IPR ownership on the growth of innovative companies and public sector procurement efficiency.
The session will feature expert discussions, including insights from DG GROW and Prof. Pedro-José Bueso Guillén. Participants will learn about IPR allocation in public tenders and hear success stories like the innovative garbage truck project in Limburg province, Belgium.
