This online workshop on Needs Assessment Workshop of the BRINC Network of Public Authorities provided participants with training in innovation procurement focusing on needs assessment. It featured two case studies: lessons learnt from the Programme for Innovation Procurement of Flanders and a presentation of how a municipality works with need assessments.
