First C-PRONE session: Shifting Organisational Mindsets

C-PRONE is your gateway to circular procurement. It connects the existing networks, initiatives, and relevant actors and offers direct access to key resources to unlock successful circular procurement. It has three main objectives:

1. Facilitate the exchange of information
2. Create a body of knowledge
3. Provide policy insides
   
   

In this first activity, C-PRONE facilitated a connecting webinar between the Interreg Europe Circular Minds project and the Circular Cities and Regions Initiative (CCRI) Technical Working Group on Circular Resource Management to exchange experiences and identify opportunities for collaboration.

This webinar specifically deep dived on the topic of organisational change as it has been identified as a topic of interest for both groups. To introduce the topic, the framework on mindset shift being developed by the Interreg Europe Circular Minds project has been presented and discussed.

The concept of C-PRONE was developed during the Interreg NSR ProCirc project, with the aim of setting up a permanent umbrella for circular procurement initiatives and create a structural sharing space.
