EWWR 2023 Awards Ceremony
The European Week for Waste Reduction hold the 15th edition of the EWWR Awards Ceremony! The event took place on 18 June 2024 at the MUCEM, in Marseille (France). Action developers, coordinators and everyone interested in getting inspired on waste reduction actions were invited to join the Ceremony! The event was totally free of charge.
During the ceremony, the 15 finalists from the 2023 edition showcased their waste reduction initiatives, and we eagerly awaited the announcement of the winners. Additionally, we had the opportunity to hear from the champions behind the winning actions of the Euro-Med Weeks for Waste Reduction. Moreover, we drew inspiration from local initiatives focusing on waste reduction in packaging and food waste, which was the thematic focus for 2024. It was an enriching experience not to be missed!
