The Orientamenti event, organised by ACR+ AMIU, the Ligurian Consumer Institute, and Humana People to People Italia from 15 to 17 November, offers the chance to delve into the social and environmental impact of reusing items in the textile world with a small gesture of circular economy. Participants can drop off clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories still in good condition and participate in the swap party by exchanging one item for another for free. At the end of the Orientamenti 2023 Festival, all unswapped material will be entrusted to Humana People to People Italia, the non-profit organisation managing textile recycling in Genoa and the surrounding area where AMIU conducts its environmental services.
